1. General Provisions.

• 1.3 The inclusion of the Buyer's own terms and conditions is not recognized unless the Seller has given express written consent.

5. Delivery and acceptance and transfer of goods.

• 5.1. Delivery of goods by the seller is carried out after 100% of payment of the order by the buyer.

6. Payment of goods.

7. Return of goods.

• 7.1. The buyer has the right to refuse the goods after receiving it within seven days. If the buyer refuses the goods, the seller returns the amount of money paid for the goods, minus the amount of expenses of the DENAS-NEURODENS.COM online store, related to the delivery of goods to the buyer and the export of the goods from the buyer, no later than ten days from the date of receipt of the goods from the buyer .

8. Other.

• 8.5. The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend the Agreement by publishing the changes on the Site at DENAS-NEURODENS.COM, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
• 8.6. The Agreement is a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller and contains the rules for making purchases in the DENAS-NEURODENS.COM online store.
• 8.7. This agreement is considered concluded from the moment the seller issues the buyer a cash or sales receipt, or another document confirming payment for the goods, or from the moment the seller receives a message of intent to purchase the goods.
