Directions for use

1. Before use, charge the control unit of the device with a USB cable for 40-60 minutes.

2. Spread the massage mat on a flat surface and connect the control unit to it.

3. Place both feet on the massage mat along the markings.

4. Press the "+" button to turn on the device (a light indicator will appear).

5. Press the "M" button and select the desired program from 8 built-in ones. Each press of the button changes the program.

6. Press the "+" and "-" buttons to select the appropriate intensity.

7. To turn off the massager, press the "-" button.

8. The recommended procedure time is 15 minutes 2-3 times a day.

Contraindications: persons with a pacemaker, pregnancy, with deep vein thrombosis, oncology.
